    Originally released in 2019 on Whited Sepulchre Records, this split cassette between the Gdańsk, Poland based TRUPA TRUPA and The Austin, TX based Suspirians are back in limited supply. We may never know the source of the cosmic winds that blew these two bands in the same orbit, but to have both bands sharing the same cassette is really, really magickal.

    Roaring out of the gate in 2015 with their album Headache on X-Ray Records, critics fawned over TRUPA TRUPA's no-frills Kraut rock and aggressive sense of motorik timing. Their subsequent albums landed them on best-of from Rolling Stone, Pitchfork and The Wire. "Without" started as a track meant for their new album "Of the Sun" but ended up as a 22 minute stand alone piece, after some judicious editing, we present "Without" in its leanest and most potent form.

    This song was recorded during the "Of The Sun" recordings session at the end of 2018 year at Custom 34 studios. This song was designed to be short but once we played it we couldn't stop. We felt it wouldn't fit with "Of The Sun" and that it should be autonomous single or part of a future EP.

Originally released in November 15th, 2019 and now available on TRUPA TRUPA's Bancamp page in a super limited edition, we are happy that re-introduce fans to this vial piece of the band's history.
